2017 will see the launch of two new projects.
Kicking off the New Year will be short drama, 7 Days that tells the story of Midland athlete “Blind Dave Heeley” and his attempt to become the first blind man to complete “the Sevens” – Seven Marathons, on seven Continents in seven days.
The film has already garnered support from renowned explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes OBE, and also from ex -Aston Villa boss Sir Doug Ellis, OBE and London Marathon Director, Dave Beford.

Dave Heeley, who lost his sight at the age of 20, has become a local hero with his ongoing athletic feats, for which he has raised over one million pounds for charity. He is known with affection as “Blind Dave”. Last year he ran 160 miles across the desert in the world’s toughest foot race the “Marathon des Sables”. This year he swam open water from Alcatraz to San Francisco Bay
The film will be directed by Ian & Dominic Higgins who will be once again be teaming up with producer Nigel Martin Davey.

The feature project is an adaptation of a book that we came across while researching the incredible bond that can exist between humans and dogs – but that’s all we can say at this point in time!
